About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive who can drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to execute strategies that expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, cold calls, emails, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Present and promote company products/services confidently

  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations

  • Track sales performance, generate reports, and meet targets

Qualifications

  • Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior internship or freelance experience in sales or marketing is a plus

  • Good negotiation and convincing abilities

  • Self-driven and target-oriented attitude

Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to research markets and identify potential clients

  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management platforms

  • Presentation and pitching skills

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales

  • Understanding of digital marketing services or IT industry

  • Knowledge of proposal writing and client onboarding process

  • Basic data analysis or reporting knowledge
