We’re looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Course Instructor / Content Trainer to lead training sessions and create educational content. You’ll help students and professionals upskill in areas like web development, digital marketing, design, and more — both online and offline.
Plan and deliver interactive training sessions (live or recorded)
Create structured course content, assignments, and assessments
Simplify complex concepts for learners at different levels
Stay updated with industry trends and update course material accordingly
Support learners through Q&A, feedback, and performance reviews
Graduate or postgraduate in a relevant field (IT, Marketing, Design, etc.)
Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion for helping others learn and grow
Expertise in one or more domains: Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, etc.
Ability to create clear, engaging, and practical learning materials
Comfortable using tools like Google Meet, Zoom, LMS platforms
Bonus: Experience with video editing or course publishing platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific)
