• create a file with an .html  file extension

•  Now Open this file in any text editor  and write this some Basic Code.

• Open your web browser and go to the address bar. 
• Type in the address of the HTML file you want to run. 

• Press Enter on your keyboard. 
• The browser will now load and display the HTML file.
