About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Ads Manager to lead our online presence and ad campaigns. You’ll manage content, strategy, and paid promotions across major platforms to build brand visibility and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan, run, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns
Create and schedule engaging content, reels, and stories
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams for aligned branding
Qualifications
Graduate or student in Marketing, Media, or related field
Internship or freelance experience in social media or paid ads is a plus
Passion for digital marketing, trends, and audience engagement
Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer
Ability to write short, effective captions and calls-to-action
Bonus: Knowledge of ad pixel setup, targeting strategies, or analytics tools
Bonus: Experience in influencer or brand collaborations
