About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can effectively communicate with potential clients and customers. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and helping drive engagement and sales for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads

  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently

  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate call records

  • Handle customer queries and provide information as needed

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach goals

  • Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications

  • Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in any field

  • Good command of spoken Hindi and English

  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus

  • Clear and polite communication skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

  • Ability to persuade and handle rejections positively

  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools

  • Organized and able to manage call logs and follow-ups

  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
