These terms apply when you use this website or hire AMJAM Solutions (“we”, “us”) for digital marketing, website or related services. If you sign a written proposal or agreement with us, that document takes priority where it differs from these terms.
In short: we agree the scope and price in writing before we start. Monthly plans run for at least 3 months, then month to month. You pay platforms such as Meta directly for ad spend. Everything we create for you is yours once it is paid for.
Proposals and scope
Before starting any work, we send a written proposal or quote describing the services, deliverables, timeline and price. Work starts once you accept it in writing (email or WhatsApp is enough) and pay any advance due. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we begin it.
Fees and payment
- Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each month and paid in advance.
- One-time projects, such as websites and landing pages, need a 50% advance to start, with the balance due before the site goes live.
- All prices are in Indian rupees and exclude GST at 18%, which is added to every invoice. Our GSTIN is 06ACCFA9943J1Z5.
- Invoices are due within 7 days. If payment is more than 15 days late, we may pause work until it is cleared.
Third-party costs
Some costs are paid by you directly to the provider and are not part of our fees. These include:
- ad spend on Meta (Facebook and Instagram);
- marketplace fees and commissions on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and similar platforms;
- WhatsApp Business conversation charges;
- domain names, hosting, email and newsletter platforms, and paid plugins or themes.
We will always tell you about these costs before you commit to them.
Your responsibilities
- Share the access, information and content we need, such as logos, photos, product details and account logins, on time.
- Review and approve work within the timelines in the proposal. Delays in feedback can move delivery dates.
- Make sure the content you give us is yours to use. Your products, offers and claims must follow the law and the rules of platforms like Meta, Google and the marketplaces.
Results
We work hard to grow your enquiries and sales and report the results openly. However, search rankings, ad performance and marketplace sales depend on platforms, competitors and markets that nobody controls. We do not guarantee specific rankings, numbers of leads or sales. Any figures in our proposals are estimates, not promises.
Ownership of work
- Once you have paid in full, you own the final designs, website, written content, images and videos we create for you.
- Ad accounts, Google Business Profiles, analytics, domains and marketplace seller accounts are set up in your name, and remain yours if you stop working with us.
- We keep the right to reuse our general methods, templates and know-how, and to show the work in our portfolio. If you prefer we do not, tell us in writing.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, account access and customer data confidential and use it only to deliver our services. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Cancelling or pausing
- Monthly plans have a minimum term of 3 months, then run month to month. After the first 3 months, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid are not refunded. Paying quarterly saves 10% and covers 3 months at a time.
- One-time projects cancelled after work has started are charged for the work completed up to that point. The advance is non-refundable once design work has begun.
- We may end an engagement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if invoices remain unpaid or the work would break the law or platform rules.
When an engagement ends, we hand over all files and remove our access to your accounts. Our cancellation and refund policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by platform changes, account suspensions, outages or decisions made by Meta, Google, marketplaces or hosting providers. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

The content on this website, including text, design and graphics, belongs to AMJAM Solutions. You may share links to it, but you may not copy it for commercial use without permission. Articles and tools on the site are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by discussion will be subject to the courts in Rewari, Haryana.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes do not affect work already agreed in a signed proposal.
