Does this need the WhatsApp Business API?
A simple booking link works with the free app. Booking inside the chat needs the API and a chatbot tool, which the workshop explains.
Is this a full course?
No. Each workshop is one live session that covers the essentials of one skill. It is a practical starting point, not a complete course.
