Your profile’s performance report shows plenty of views, but the phone is quiet. That means people find you but choose someone else. Here is what usually causes it.
1. Few or old reviews
People compare ratings and recent reviews. A 3.9 rating with 12 reviews loses to a 4.6 with 200. Ask every customer; our review rating calculator shows how many you need to reach your target.
2. Poor or missing photos
Dark, blurry or no photos make a business look closed or unprofessional. Add real photos of your premises, team and work every week.
3. Wrong or missing information
- Hours that do not match reality.
- An old phone number, or one nobody answers.
- No services or prices listed.
4. Unanswered reviews and questions
A profile where the owner never replies looks neglected. Reply to every review.
5. Views from the wrong searches
Check the search terms in your performance report. If many views come from broad or unrelated searches, your categories or description may need adjusting.
6. You miss the calls
Sometimes calls come but go unanswered. Check your call log, forward calls during busy hours, and make sure the number on your profile is one someone always answers.
7. No reason to choose you
Add an offer, a clear description of what makes you different and a post showing recent work.
